Dust Suppression System

The Dust Suppression System is developed for operation at working face with powered roof supports within underground mining of black coal and other minerals. The system maintains low dust level at the working face in accordance with safety standards.

The Dust Suppression System is designed to be a part of mining electrical equipment and performs the following functions:

• switching irrigation nozzles on and off according to the specified algorithm;;
• record and storage of operating parameters;
• operation of irrigation nozzles within integrated system with reference to the position of shearer loader without human participation and in automatic mode;
• monitoring of system operating parameters.
